ePayline takes responsibility for all aspects of PAYE Tax Year End.  This means that we provide P60s for each member of staff and P35 Summary information for submission to the Collector of Taxes.

2. You mention BACS what does this mean for me?

Payroll is frequently thought of as a two stage process, calculation and then payment.  ePayline uses the Bankers Automated Clearing Service (BACS) to link the two stages together.  You tell us your payroll changes and we take care of the payments to your staff.  The monies are debited from your account and credited to your employee’s accounts, both on your chosen pay date.  This means improved cash flow and no more signing cheques or carrying cash, unless you want to.

3. Will ePayline actually save me money?

The ePayline service pays for itself in a number of ways.  Experience has shown us that ePayline can save time, bank charges and effort as well as giving you the comfort of knowing that we are responsible for your payroll.  Leaving you free to concentrate all your efforts on managing your own business.

4. What PC and software do I need for ePayline?

As ePayline is a fully managed service you don’t even need any payroll knowledge all you need is access to the internet.  However, should you experience any difficulties with your Internet access, please contact the ePayline Support Team by e-mail or your Payroll Manager by telephone.
